1. Service Commitment
We provide professional car detailing and ceramic coating services using trained experts and high-quality products. The final result may vary depending on the existing paint condition, scratches, or previous repairs on the vehicle.
2. Ceramic Coating Protection
Ceramic coating provides strong paint protection, gloss enhancement, and water repellent properties. However, coating is not completely scratch-proof and cannot prevent damage caused by accidents or improper maintenance.
3. Accidental Damage Repair
If the coating layer is damaged accidentally, our company will support the repair process. The ceramic coating material required for the repair will be provided completely free by our company.
4. Labour Charge Policy
Customers only need to pay the labour charge for the detailing expert who revisits to perform the repair or correction work on the vehicle.
5. Service Availability
Repair or revisit services will be provided when our service team approaches a location near the customer's area. Customers will be informed in advance once our team is available nearby.
6. Appointment Requirement
Customers must schedule an appointment in advance for inspection, repair, or revisit service. Availability depends on technician schedule and service location.
7. Vehicle Inspection
Before performing repair work, our technician may inspect the vehicle to determine the cause of damage. Additional charges may apply if the damage is due to repainting, chemicals, or misuse.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers should maintain proper car care such as using pH-neutral shampoo, avoiding harsh chemicals, and following recommended maintenance guidelines to maintain coating performance.
9. External Damage Disclaimer
Our company will not be responsible for coating damage caused by accidents, deep scratches, chemical exposure, improper washing techniques, or third-party paint work.
